Xyppy App LP and Support Hub
Xyppy App LP and Support Hub is a Next.js marketing, landing-page, customer support, and app-documentation surface for the Xyppy Bulk Product Editor Shopify app. It should be treated as a sub-project of the Xyppy Shopify Merchant App record: the parent project represents the embedded Shopify app, while this repo represents the public education and support layer around that app.

Narrative
Landing page and support hub for the Xyppy Shopify app
Xyppy App LP and Support Hub is the marketing, landing-page, customer support, and app-documentation repo for the Xyppy Bulk Product Editor Shopify app. It should be read as the public education and support layer for the shipped embedded Shopify app, not as a separate standalone product.
The core decision is safety before scale
The product story repeatedly chooses preview, validation, job history, and support workflow over a pure speed claim. That decision matters because bulk catalog edits can damage a store quickly if filters, variants, CSV headers, prices, or metafield types are wrong. The support docs make the tradeoff explicit: choose one action, preview the affected rows, run the edit, verify the job, and preserve enough context for manual reversal when a dedicated rollback path is not available.
Launch-readiness still needs human review
The proof record should preserve current limits instead of flattening them into polished copy. The live URL and exact Shopify App Store URL were unknown during intake, the help-chat API is still placeholder keyword logic, and pricing docs conflict with rendered tier data. A human review pass should reconcile pricing, rollback language, app-store CTA targets, and support claims before this project is treated as production-ready public marketing.
Sub-project of the Xyppy Bulk Product Editor app
This project belongs under the Xyppy Shopify Merchant App project. The app record captures the embedded Shopify product and app-store presence; this supporting repo captures the public landing page, support center, documentation, pricing copy, and launch-readiness evidence that surround that app.
