Aerial — Cryobank family capacity and reservation reconciliation

I track recorded families, reservations, children, and institution-specific policy separately. HBR-2041 currently has 23 recorded families and two reservations against a 25-family limit, so its capacity is fully committed.

    Workflow steps

    1. 1

Review the donor’s policy version, recorded families, reservations, and unresolved cases

      Action

    2. 2

Identify the existing family and inspect the outcome or reservation source evidence

      Action

    3. 3

An authorized operator reviews whether to reserve, record an outcome, resolve commitments, or release an unused reservation

      Decision

    4. 4

Preview the change with its source and reason; holds and limits constrain new allocations

      Process

    5. 5

Apply the reviewed action and read back capacity and event history

      Action

    6. 6

Retain historical outcomes even when capacity is full; another child in the same family does not consume a new family slot

      Action
