    A three-day Codex conversation coordinating a 49-SKU, 297-copy print order across Google Sheets, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and two Canon printers. It follows ready-file queuing, missing 5×7 master creation, Alice in Wonderland layout review, and text-preserving restoration of The Temple of Time.

    Highlights

    • The first reconciliation covered 49 SKUs and 297 requested copies: 36 SKUs / 230 copies were queued, while 13 SKUs / 67 copies required suitable files. These are checkpoint totals, not proof of completed fulfillment.
    • Seven alternate-size designs were adapted to 5×7 masters. A mislabeled 5×7 file was discovered to have an 8×10 canvas; the actual document and printer settings took precedence over its filename.
    • Queen, King, and Knave of Hearts were prepared through listing-image comparison and operator review. Their final queue setup was one proof plus four remaining copies per design, all held on Canon 6/3.
    • The final four designs were completed and queued as 21 copies across eight held jobs on Canon 1/12. A later Temple of Time revision replaced its three-copy queue set with two held jobs.
    • Contact sheets exposed differences between the original and newly prepared Alice layouts. Temple of Time review preserved lettering while adding border clearance and restrained enhancement.

    • Added the primary listing photo to the previous/revised Temple of Time comparison.

    Decisions

    • Match each print master to the listing image and verify actual 5×7 dimensions, 300 ppi, orientation, paper size, printer, and copy counts.
    • Use staged proof and remainder jobs, honoring each turn’s explicit release or hold instructions. Later batches keep proofs held too.
    • Use the approved Queen layout as the template for King and Knave; record remaining differences from the original three Alice designs.
    • Preserve the original Temple of Time lettering. Leave folds crossing characters when removing them risks changing text.
    • Treat sheet labels, cloud saves, queue records, physical prints, and fulfillment as separate states.
